Public issue tracker
The current contact channel is the RobloxBrain GitHub issue tracker. Please include the affected page URL, the field that appears wrong, the correct information, and a reliable source.
Privacy and safety
Do not post passwords, account credentials, real names, home addresses, private messages, or other sensitive personal information in a public issue. RobloxBrain will never ask for your Roblox password or Robux payment to fix a record.
What happens after a report
A report may be marked for checking while sources are compared. Confirmed corrections are applied to the structured record and receive a new verification date. We do not guarantee an individual response or a specific resolution time.
Dedicated email
A private support mailbox is being prepared. Until it is verified, we do not publish an email address that may fail to receive messages. For a sensitive privacy matter, avoid sharing the details publicly and open a minimal issue requesting a private contact method.
